The story of the ‘Helga’, from her launch in Dublin in 1908 as a fishery protection and research vessel, and the part she played in the bombardment of Liberty Hall and Boland’s Mill in 1916, to her ultimate sinking in 1947.
The Tragic story of the ship that came to be known as the ‘Aud’, and the failed attempt to land a cargo of German arms at Fenit. Also, the voyage of the submarine ‘U19’ from Germany and the landing of Roger Casement at Banna Strand.
