Jim Kennedy, who has given some wonderfully entertaining talks to the institute in the past about his life as a Dublin Pilot and his R.N.L.I. days, will now be recalling his sometimes hilarious experiences of a life at sea in the 1960s. Sailing on general-cargo ships with the firm of Irish Shipping Ltd. at a time when the company flew the Irish flag on all the Oceans of the world.
